Michael Bilodeau- President - Cortona
Michael has been working in the Software Development and Security industry for the past 25 years as a developer, manager, and consultant. He has been a resident of Rancho Vistoso since September 2018.

Gayle Mateer - Vice President - Fairfield

Gayle Mateer has over 35 years experience in information technology and was a global head of information systems for several Fortune 500 companies, including Pfizer, Microsoft and eBay.  Gayle splits her time between Rancho Vistoso and the Pacific Northwest.  While in Arizona she volunteers at Tohono Chul, a non-profit botanical garden and art gallery in Tucson.

 Tom Stegman- Treasurer - Siena

Tom Stegman is now retired, after having been with an information technologies firm in Wichita for over 30 years. He has resided in Rancho Vistoso for four years.

 Craig MacKay- Secretary - Fairfield

Craig MacKay is a semi-retired entrepreneur, developer and business owner having owned businesses in Building Materials Manufacturing and Distribution for over 30 years. He currently splits his time between Rancho Vistoso and the Pacific Northwest.

 Roy Hoff- Director, Chair of Responsible Development Task Force - Fairfield 

Roy Hoff's background is in pharmaceutical sciences, where he was CEO of a medical startup that was acquired by Teva Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Hoff has served on private and public company boards as well as two different HOA boards in various capacities. He has been a resident of Rancho Vistoso for 18 years.

  Raymond Barth- Director, Chair of Parks & Open Space Task Force - Summit South 

RayBarth retired from a career in Information Technology in roles ranging from software developer, project manager and corporate management primarily in the Insurance and Retail industries. He and his wife moved from Chicago to the Phoenix area in 1997 and became residents of Rancho Vistoso in 2017.

Marc Espinosa- Director - Vistoso Golf Casitas
Currently retired, Marc was the founder and President and General Manager of BCER Engineering Inc., a Mechanical, Electrical, Technology and Fire Protection engineering company based in Arvada, Colorado. The company was founded in 1994 and currently is a $13,000,000 revenue company with approximately 100 employees and offices in Arvada, CO, Colorado Springs, CO, Tampa Bay, FLA, and Melbourne, FLA. Marc worked in the engineering industry from 1970 to 2015. Marc and his wife Eliese reside in Arvada, CO and the Golf Casitas as “snowbirds.”

Dave Kozloff- Director - Vistoso Resort Casitas
Attorney in private practice in Pennsylvania,  in civil litigation, corporations and estate planning.   Served on boards of business entities and non-profit organizations for over fifty years.   Seasonal resident at Resort Casitas since 2004.

Chuck Ream- Director - Stone Village
Retired, former Chief Financial Officer for several public companies and previously a Partner with a major CPA firm. Experienced board member with both public companies and non-profit entities. A part time resident in Rancho Vistoso since April 2017.

Walt Rogers- Director - Stone Terrace
Walt Rogers practiced landscape architecture and urban planning in Tucson from 1979 to 2016 with a focus onopen space, park and recreation planning including plans for many local parks and was a founding board member of the Tucson Parks Foundation. Walt’s firm won 45 local, state and national design awards for its work. He was on the faculty of the University of Arizona from 1976 to 1981. He served on the Tucson Community Development Advisory Committee, wasa member and Vice Chairman of the Pima County Design Review Committee and a member of the City of Tucson Stormwater Technical Advisory Committee. Walt is anationally recognized author.

David Smoler- Director - Stonegate (Stone Canyon)
Retired electrical engineer. He has owned part or all of several Silicon Valley electronic companies and participated hands-on in all aspects. In Sun City, he served on Elections, Properties, Documentation Revision, and Restaurant Renovation Committees. He is a prize-winning photographer and PhotoShop "mechanic." While living in California, he served as president of a small HOA and private water company. David's Rancho Vistoso residence began in 2006 in Sun City and presently lives in the Stone Gate neighborhood of Stone Canyon.

Don Wagstaff- Director - Summit North
Retired geologist/engineer with 35+ years working in open-pit gold/silver mining operations and barite exploration in Nevada and California. Don now works part-time as a substitute teacher in the Amphi School District for grades K-12. He and his wife, Susan moved to Oro Valley in Jan. 2018 and live there full-time.

Dave Younkin- Director - Vistoso Golf Casitas II
Retired. Founder and owner of a heavy and highway construction equipment company for 25 years. Former 6-year board member of non profit dealing with domestic violence. Dave's permanent home is in Ohio.
